I haven’t slept well the past 2 days. And I’m usually a pretty good sleeper! I’ve had a hard time falling asleep and then I wake up 3 hours later, wide awake. I don’t drink many caffeinated beverages on a regular basis, but perhaps chocolate is contributing to my restless nights? Could also be the temperature shift. It’s chilly outside but sort of warm in the house despite the window being open. Perhaps I’m low on magnesium and need a shot of Natural Calm? I don’t know. Could be virtually anything with me.
I’m really into green foods this week because leafy greens are SO GOOD FOR YOU! Eat them liberally. But healthy doesn’t have be boring. Proof of that exists in these AMAZING cinnamon crunch kale chips that I made the other day:

I have an appointment at the eye doctor today. I’m hoping to get contacts because my glasses are so annoying. It’s weird because sunglasses don’t bother me in the least.

I sunglasses! But greatly dislike my regular eyeglasses. Could be the frame shape, or the fact that they are just freakin’ annoying to wear, especially when you have 5 furry babies under your feet in the kitchen and they create blind spots. Sorry, China. I didn’t see your tail under my shoe again.
Two light bulbs, in two different rooms have gone out since I woke up a few hours ago. I think it’s time for a nap.
