Chocolate Avocado No-Milk Shake --
Dairy- and soy-free. Vegan. Gluten-free. Tastes like a creamy chocolate pudding pop!
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1 large dark chocolate Zico coconut water
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar or coconut crystals or maple syrup or sweetener of choice (added sweetener is recommended)
- 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings (from your favorite chocolate bar, optional)
Directions

| Add all ingredients except chocolate shavings to blender and mix on high until smooth and creamy. To avoid making overly airy, vary speeds between high and low. | |

| Optional: Use a vegetable peeler to grate chocolate shavings on top | |
