Cilantro-lime Rice -- gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, fat-free, and egg-free
Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked white rice
- 2oz lime juice (freshly squeezed is best; about half of a large lime)
- .5 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- .5 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Directions

| Cook white rice according to directions to yield 6 cups cooked | |

| In a large bowl, add in: cooked white rice, lime juice, salt, and cilantro | |
